Eden Ritchie Recruitment has various roles for experienced AO2 / AO4 Finance Officers (AP/AR) to work within state government departments located in Brisbane CBD.

Successful candidate will be required to:

• Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience
• Capture and manage information into excel spreadsheets
• Track and manage invoices for payment
• Liaise with external parties regarding discrepancies and ensure vendor payments are completed within the relevant payment timeframes
• Dealing with vendor payment queries
• Goods receipting
• Raising Accounts receivable invoices
• Mailbox management
• Invoice tracking/verification
• Organising internal approval of invoices for payment
• Adhoc administration support as required
• SAP experience is desirable
