The Team The Finance Support and Training team plays a critical role in supporting the firm to most efficiently and effectively use the firm's finance system (Elite 3E) software to meet business requirements. This role is the primary interface between the Finance systems team and all users of Elite 3E at MinterEllison. This position will report directly to the Support and Training Manager to ensure the effective operations of Elite 3E and achieve new project deadlines. It is initially a 12 month fixed term contract, and can be based in either our Sydney or Brisbane office location. Your Role The Finance Systems Support Analyst will be responsible for providing help desk support within agreed SLAs, and delivering training and system enhancements responsively to address issues highlighted by support requests. This includes the ongoing development of training documentation and delivery and the provision of expert user support.
