CloudTech are leaders in developing Cloud-based CRM and Marketing system solutions and as a result are growing their talented team based in the Takapuna offices.
This exciting new role has 2 key functions:
Finance Manager: You will be a talented Finance Manager who has experience with daily bank receipting and reconciliation, credit control, cash flow, invoicing, debt collection and payroll. You will be solely responsible for the day-to-day finance functions within the business and will be responsible for helping us build our profitability levels as we continue to expand.
Project Manager: The purpose of the role is to oversee the delivery of CRM and MA implementation projects for CloudTech. Ideally, you will have strong project management skills that enable you to oversee the status of projects, ensure our customers are kept up to date with progress and that projects are delivered on time and within budget. There will be a requirement to help us bring projects in on time and budget and lift the current utilisation rates across the team.
You will be used to working in a small business where you will wear more than one hat and where no two days are ever the same. This will require you to be incredibly organised, able to multitask and be able to solve problems as they arise.
