About the Position

An exciting opportunity to join a boutique corporate advisory firm, where you will gain exposure to a multitude of sectors in both ASX listed and private sector. This diversified role will involve providing high-level advice and support to boards and senior executives on financial matters with a particular focus on statutory financial reporting.

Reporting to the Partners, you will work closely with the Corporate team to provide high-quality and timely support to our clients.

The Firm has a strong history of successful transactions predominantly in the ASX Small to Mid caps sector. The firm has successfully advised and assisted a large number of clients across a diverse range of sectors including, mining, oil and gas, biotech, agricultural, technology and industrial sectors.

 Experience

• Accounting Degree qualified with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Preferably CA qualified  (CPA also considered) and familiar with ASX listed company reporting environment
• Have a high level of confidence with ASX Financial Reporting requirements
• High level of computer literacy in particular proficient with MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word programs
