Financial Accountant

The Company

We are working with a leading Services business using technology to engage with customers more closely and provide a greater range of services, allowing it to gain an edge on its competitors.

The business currently turns over $50 million and is seeing growth of 5-10% YOY for the last 3 years.

In 2021 the business is looking to continue its product offering with the launch of multiple new and exciting products, which will broaden its reach within the market.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly financial and management reports
• Preparing month end P&L statements and variance analysis
• Preparation of bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with the preparation of statutory accounts
• Overseeing and supporting yearly cash flow forecasts and quarterly reforecasting
• Assist with the preparation of the annual budget
• Prepare inter-company reconciliations
• Prepare and lodge BAS and FBT returns
• Identify & facilitate the effective resolution of Tax & Accounting issues
• Assisting CFO with ad-hoc analysis
• Assist in implementing new processes and projects

Profile

• CA or CPA qualified
• 4-7 years' experience
• Strong Excel experience pivots, v-lookups
• Experience developing budgets and forecasts
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
