Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) is a charitable organisation set up to help seriously ill children and their families. RMH Westmead is one of 16 Ronald McDonald Houses across Australia providing programs for children that help keep families close.

Our RMH Westmead building is a 60 room House that opened its doors in 2018.  Our House provides a 'home away from home' for families most in need. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team for a 6 month contract.

Reporting to the Head of Business Services, the role's responsibilities will include the following: 

• Accurate and timely completion of month-end processes
• Maintaining fundraising CRM
• Generating reports from the CRM
• Manage the patient travel scheme claims
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable function
• Bank reconciliations
• Corporate card reconciliations
• Fixed Asset register maintenance

Essential:   Degree qualified or equivalent qualifications and experience

                   Excel to intermediate level

                   Strong attention to detail

                    Excellent written and verbal communication

Desirable:   Experience with Salesforce       

                   Experience with MYOB EXO

                   Experience in the not for profit sector

                    Experience in database management
