Alivio Group is a head office company, operating within the hospitality, accommodation, investment and property industries. This full-time, hands-on position is based at our Head Office next to the O'Connor Shops. The Successful Candidate Duties & Responsibilities All aspects of Accounting, including Financial Reporting and Payroll; Reporting directly to Directors. Daily reconciliation of revenues and banking; Processing transactions, journal entries and the associated reconciliations; General Ledger Account Maintenance; Assist with budgeting and forecasting; Calculation of Cost of Goods Sold; All aspects of Accounts Payable and Receivable, including the input of invoices; All end-of-month processing, including financial reporting by Department and Consolidated Group; Statistical, KPI and other periodical reporting as required; Profit & Loss reporting, including tracking variances against budget and prior years; Generation and updating of graphs within financial reports; Balance Sheet reconciliations; Management of Asset Registers for Depreciation purposes; All aspects of Payroll, including weekly payroll processing including the inputting of new employees and time sheets; Preparation and submission of PAYG, Superannuation contribution, BAS and Payroll Tax; Preparation of cash flow projections; Records and archives management (both physical and electronic); Workflow tracking using Asana - a web and mobile application designed to help teams organise, track, and manage their work; Administrative support, including government dealings with ATO, ASIC, ACT Revenue Office etc. Benefits & Perks The Head Office is based next to O'Connor Shops, with easy access and free parking included; There will be an opportunity to grow with the role, especially as the business continues to mature and evolve over time;
