Here at Fibrecycle Pty Ltd we are experiencing a period of rapid growth and transformation. Our finance team is looking for a Financial Controller, who is ready and willing to lead the accounting operations for Fibrecycle Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries, providing structure, direction and support to a team in the pursuit of day-to-day finance activities. 

Our ideal candidate (you!) will have come from a similar role, have a strong understanding of FMCG and manufacturing and hold a current CA/CPA qualification.  You will have recent experience leading others to achieve results, and have a strong professional experience in corporate and manufacturing accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash management, audit and tax.  You will be hungry to truly understand the nuts and bolts of the business, and will bring a strong commercial acumen to the role. You will want to make a difference and demonstrate your initiative in ways that surprise and delight us. You will have the ability to work under pressure, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines as well as forming strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
