Financial Data Analyst

Renowned property business based in the CBD.

The position will see you based within the Commercial team and will assist in driving positive financial and operational direction.

Responsibilities:

• Financial modelling and scenario analysis
• Assisting in the preparation of business cases
• Analysing plans and forecasts with actual results and preparing budgets and forecasting
• Analysing performance data and compiling reports
• Interpreting results and identifying trends within the data to produce insights and advice
• Identifying business improvement opportunities and efficiencies
• Writing data analysis reports and presenting these to various stakeholders to help inform decision making and provide support on the preparation of various business plans, cases and strategies

Requirements:

• CA/CPA qualified
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Experience using Power BI would be great
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Ability to work to tight timeframes with attention to detail
