The Role:
A newly created permanent role reporting into the Head of Finance has arisen and will cover consolidated reporting, KPI reporting on business performance and business partnering. You will partner closely with a variety of finance and non finance stakeholders with responsibilities including:
- Conducting analysis on financial and operational results to understand company performance
- Reporting to senior management on the reasons behind the product/department performance and results
- Building complex financial models
- Variance analysis and commentaries
- Reviewing operations and the recommendation of new productivity or cost saving initiatives
- Business case development and scenario analysis
- Assisting with forecasting and budget preparation for revenue and costs
- Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for business improvements
- Communicating results and recommendations to senior management around cost reduction, streamlining operations and increased revenue generation
About You: - Degree qualified with CA/CPA accreditations
- Minimum 3 years of relevant financial analytic experience in a large blue chip organisation in either a Finance/FP&A Analyst or Management Accountant capacity
- Manufacturing, Wholesale/Distribution, FMCG experience highly regarded
- You must be able to articulate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to form strong working relationships
- Influencing and interpersonal skills
- Commercial acumen
- Good organisational and administration skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced computer software skills including exposure to large ERPs (SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics etc) and PowerBI
