ABOUT THE ROLE
We have a permanent, part-time (21 hours per week ) opportunity available in our Haymarket Office. The role reports into our General Manager, Finance and Corporate Services and has one direct report.
As our General Counsel and Company Secretary you will be responsible for providing strategic and commercial legal advice to the Board, CEO, Executive team and the broader business, as well as managing external and internal compliance reporting including internal audit. The role will also take full oversight and management of the company secretary function at Bridge Housing.
