Based in Minto, with interstate and regional factories our tight-knit team requires a dynamic PA/Accounts Administrator to join on a full time, permanent basis. As the PA/Account Administrator you will work collaboratively towards delivering support to the Management team of each business group. oversee the accounts function and also prepare relevant information for the group MD.
You will be required to undertake the following tasks:
- Accounts: Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and resolving discrepancies
- Marketing support, Media and Promotions
- Assist with process improvements
- CRM maintenance
- Administration: typing correspondence and entering data into excel as well as answering phones and dealing with customer inquiries
- General office Housekeeping, preparing for inhouse events
- Maintaining relevant HR documentation for new employees
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, it is essential for you to meet the following criteria:
- 2 years + experience working on MYOB
- Strong and recent experience performing accounts and administration duties as detailed above
- Ability to hit the ground running and take on new tasks, using your initiative
- Availability to interview and commence this role within a reasonable time frame.
Software packages required
- MYOB – 2 years + exp
- MS Office – Word, Excel - critical
