ABOUT THE ROLE
  
Following recent growth and promotions within the business, an opening has been created for a Group Finance Manager to support the business in consolidation and analysis of results. This role will have a focus on delivering monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly reports whilst liaising with key stakeholders across the business. 
  
DUTIES

  • Delivery of monthly financial reports
  • Providing insights to the business in relation to the financial performance of the business
  • Working closely with the business to produce annual budgets
  • Preparing corporate budgets and forecasts 
  • Being a key finance stakeholder to the business - including key Heads of Departments
  • Support business decision making through insights & analysis
  • Continuous improvement of processes and systems, being a champion for technology and BI tools
  • Overseeing a small team
  • Liaising with external auditors
  • Ad hoc duties as required
  
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Working in this market leading organisation there will be a lot of scope for the successful candidate to develop their career in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate for the role will be: 
  • CA/CPA qualified with a minimum of 5 years experience 
  • A Big 4 or higher mid-tier first or second time mover
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with a range of stakeholders 
  • Ability to assess processes and provide tangible improvements
