The Company
Fast growing Demolition and Construction company based in Melbourne's East is looking for an experienced Finance Professional with construction industry experience. This professional organisation are experts in their field and are looking for financial leadership to help harness and promote their growth.

The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, as Head of Finance your will be responsible for the financials of their 2 Victorian entities, contribute to the commercial decision making and lead a small team. This entity has multiple projects on the go, knowledge of how these projects are tracking / WIP is crucial, therefore your financial acumen, costing and project accounting experience is very important. You will be strong in margin analysis and be experienced in providing real time feedback and reporting on demolition activity. You will also be experienced negotiating financing arrangements with the banks and liaising with Audit firms.

Your Profile
You will be CA or CPA qualified with proven experience in the construction industry. Working closely with 4 Project Managers you will be a highly competent Stakeholder Manager, be a clear communicator and forthcoming to speak up and share your professional opinion. Strong on the numbers your will have excellent analytical skills and fluid in applying costing methodologies. Driven and ambitious you will be looking for a role that will allow you to grow with this exciting company.
