• CA/CPA qualified - this could appeal to someone who is over the big professional services firm, willing to take a risk and build something OR alternatively someone with 4-7 years experience who wants to build a future
• Expertise in the tax arena 
• Hands-on and energetic to roll up your sleeves across the business, help establish systems, create processes etc
