You have a solid background in bookkeeping and you are an experienced MYOB/ Xero etc user. Knowledge and experience with Core IPS is advantageous.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Preparing monthly reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
- Process transactions in Insol etc,
- Assist with ATO lodgement and administration
- Review Insol information
- Prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS)
- Manage bank accounts / facilitate payments
- Monthly reporting
- Respond to internal / external client enquiries in a timely manner
- Trust Account reconciliation
Successful candidates will have the following skills and experience:
- At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in a Bookkeeping role
- Experience in MYOB, Xero, Core IPS and other accounting packages
- Act with integrity and show care for the people you work with
- Showcase great attention to detail
- Possess strong organisational and administrative skills
- Have clear and fluent written and verbal communication skills
- Are able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- The ability to prioritise tasks
