About the Role

As a key support to Digital Transformation Services (DTS) be responsible for analysis, design, change, optimisation and above all communication of IT related Facilities Management business processes supporting the Serco ASPAC business. You will ensure business/user requirements are delivered in IT solutions with a core focus on business engagement and business and systems process/application support. You will also provide bid support in solution and design and service enhancements including cross sector applications portfolio management

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
• BA experience in a Facilities Management environment
• Undergraduate degree or qualification
• Experience in the use of Visio and/or other process mapping tools
• Strong ability to converse with both end-users and DTS employees
• Strong functional specification writing/documentation skills
• Strong understanding of all aspects of the Project Management and systems/software development lifecycles
• An appreciation of both IT and business strategy
