We have a great opportunity for a strong finance candidate at the early stages of their career, to join our high performing finance team as a Junior Assistant Accountant. 

Your daily responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Daily cash positions
• Daily cash transfer journals – intercompany
• Interest payments – monthly
• Assistance in preparation of payroll reports 
• Maintaining the Fixed asset Register
• Fixed asset accounting and journals
• Co-ordination of weekly finance team reports
• Recording and allocation of bank charges and other related costs
• Preparation of weekly cash position, banking and debt reports
• Assistance with year-end audit process
• Ad hoc support to finance team
• Back-up for other finance team members tasks

This position will be suited to a highly motivated and resilient candidate with excellent communication skills. You will be proactive, accurate, and have a strong eye for detail.

Property experience will be highly valued, and you will possess a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. Part CPA qualified is a huge plus.

Due to the nature of this position, you must have full, unrestricted work rights (Citizen or PR)  and the ability to work full time, to be eligible.
