Multiple opportunities currently exist for Senior Laboratory Technicians/Laboratory Technicians to join our friendly team in Notting Hill.

 

Job Description

Responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

·       Undertaking sample preparation

·       Performing instrument calibrations

·       Perform Environmental Chemistry analysis using conventional and modern technologies

·       Ensure equipment and laboratory is kept clean and tidy

·      Casual role, looking for those able to work afternoon shift

 

Qualifications

To ensure success in this role, you will need to understand the general laboratory operation procedures, safety and quality requirements. You will also have:

·       Experience in GC, GC-MS/MS, LC, LC-MS/MS (highly desirable)

·       Hold appropriate tertiary qualification, at minimum a TAFE certification

·       Be flexible and adaptable to change

·       Self-motivated

·       A team player with the ability to work autonomously
