The Australian Radio Towers Group (ART) specialises in projects related to the design, manufacture, supply and installation of guyed masts and freestanding towers throughout Australia. We supply complete communication, stand-alone power and environmental monitoring systems as well as providing high quality service in the areas of manufacturing, construction, inspection reporting, contract preparation, supervision and consultation.

About the Role:

This is a full-time role on an initial 6-month contract with the potential for ongoing work for the right candidate. 

This role will advise on and help to shape a financial reporting framework to assist with analysing business efficiency and drive business improvements across a diverse group of 20 companies.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Scope, review and shape financial system processes which meet the organisation’s reporting requirements;
• Develop financial systems to allow cost allocations with a focus on business efficiency and improvement;
• Perform detailed and regular analytical reviews of the data and feedback on commercial flags to be raised;
• Utilise finance system and process knowledge to guide decision making and change.

Skills & Experience

• Ideally CPA or CA qualified or similar Management Accounting qualification (CIMA)
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Management Accounting roles
• Manufacturing business experience highly regarded
• Experience with MS windows and ERP systems;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Proactive and a can-do attitude;
• Flexibility to work within a dynamic self-managed business model;
• Highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines.
