Michael Page have partnered with an Australian-based Engineering company who are currently experiencing substantial growth and as a result are looking to add a Management Accountant to join their finance team.

Client Details

Our client, who have offices around Australia are a national-leader within the Engineering space. They have growth rapidly across the last decade and are seeking to expand their finance function in Perth.

Description

This role is a newly created position, with the successful candidate able to put their own mark on the role. Based in Perth's CDB, this role will report into the CFO and will be responsible for:

• Accurate reporting of the financial performance of key projects

• Developing project financial reporting structures

• Variation Claim preparation

• Valuation reports

• Process improvement

• Budgeting & forecasting

• Providing insight into the financial management of the business to the CFO

Profile

The successful candidate will have a strong background within a similar commercial accounting role as well as;

• CA/CPA Qualification (or working towards)

• ERP system experience

• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively

• Engineering or construction commercial experience (desired)
