Management Accountant

The Company
Our client is a value driven, not for profit organisation, specialising in providing support through education, respect, and accountability.

The Role
Your key purpose for this role, is to partner with the operations team, to provide budgets and forecasts, looking at worst case scenarios, to assist the business in its strategic and operational objectives. This is not an everyday Management Accountant role and will provide exposure to Operations, Finance & Risk teams. The main duties include:

• Building strong internal relationships
• Variances to budgets and forecasts
• Business case scenario modelling
• Identify continuous improvement for risk management

Your Skills & Experience
You are an analytical Management Accountant, that has built business case models in a timely manner and your values will align with our client's visions and service promise. You ideally will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 2 years in Management Accountant role
• An understanding of how to build business case modelling
• CA/CPA qualified or studying towards
• Clear communication skills
• Previous experience working for a not profit (desirable)
