Our Private Clients Deals team brings this to life by helping build and protect clients’ wealth, and safeguard their families and their future. This is done by looking beyond the numbers and taking the time to understand our clients’ personal circumstances and aspirations, as well as their business and financial goals. As a Manager in our Deals team your impact will be seen by: Detailing data collection, analysis and modelling Identifying key value drivers and deal breakers Completing buy and sell side financial due diligence reports Completing pre-lend reviews for Financiers Contributing to investigating accountant work on Initial Public Offerings About you You have a background in, or are passionate about, providing financial due diligence services supporting companies acquiring or divesting businesses or raising expansion capital projects, you will have the opportunity to work with and assist our leaders with all facets of transactions, participate in a collaborative team, with a focus on knowledge sharing and thought leadership, and focus on building lasting relationships as a trusted advisor to world-class clients. You have a commercial and analytical focus in influencing and advising clients, strong data modelling skills, strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, a team focused style with strong organisational and project management skills, self motivated, confident and proactive, strong focus on building client relationships - internal and external. Tertiary qualified in Accounting/Commerce/Business or related qualification and studies undertaken in CA, CFA, Master of Finance, FINSIA or similar discipline are highly advantageous.
