Manifesting / Administration Clerk - Full-time

Lindsay Transport is one of the largest transporters of fresh produce and refrigerated freight in Australia and specialise in temperature sensitive, time-slotted freight into Central Markets and major Grocery Distribution Centres. We operate a network of freight terminals with significant cold room facilities across Australia and employ a staff of approximately 1,300 workers.

Lindsay Transport is currently seeking an experienced Manifester to join the team based in our Erskine Park Depot on a permanent basis.

Duties and responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:

• Manifesting consignments
• The facilitation and management of customer orders and jobs received
• Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met
• Managing freight bookings and time slot requests
• Debriefing driver paperwork
• Assisting with depot pallet control
• Ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Administration and Depot Manager
• Working Monday to Friday afternoon. Some weekend work will be required in this role.
