About the role

This role is responsible for identifying and driving business outcomes across our operations sites and supply chain by providing financial analysis, modelling, forming recommendations and leading project execution.  

Additional responsibilities include:

• Conducting monthly reporting of budget, delivery of benefits and timing against milestones for each project. 
• Leading and tracking site manufacturing improvement plan initiatives and capital projects.
• Feasibility and Analysis of site operations Profit and Loss accounts. 
• Reviewing and assisting with developing capital expenditure and improvement projects in manufacturing and/or supply chain.
• Assisting with new product costing, in particular where this involves new operations process or significant change in financial methodology.  
• Involved in half yearly and annual external auditing process both to provide information about current position but also recommendations for improvement.  

About you 

This is a hands on role that requires you to be flexible,  and proactive, always thinking about continuous improvement opportunities. Additionally, you will have:

• Previous experience in an Analyst position, preferably within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or a related discipline.
• Proactive and a self starter.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen.
• Fully competent in the use of Enterprise Planning System (QAD) including understanding of transactional data and master data within the system. 
• Advanced excel skills preferred.
