The Role:

This role would suit an office all-rounder, reporting to the General Manager. We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Office Administrator using MYOB to join our small team. A team player, possessing great work ethics, with a strong attention to detail. This position is located in East Tamaki and is part time up to 3 days per week and approx. 15-20 hrs per week. 

Key duties will include: 

  • Accounts Receivable & Payable 
  • Credit Control & Opening new accounts (combined in Insightly)
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Invoicing & Stock Control
  • Monthly Reports 
  • Payroll for approximately 30 employees using iPayroll
  • GST
  • Filing and general office duties

To be successful your skills and experience must include:

  • MYOB experience essential
  • 2+ years experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Ability to prioritise and manage expectations
  • Strong data entry, computer & excel skills 
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Love working within a team to achieve success
