About the Role

This newly created permanent, full-time position, which forms part of the Intake and Development Department will see you processing all NDIS claims, including agency, plan and self-managed customers, responsible for NDIS debtor management including outstanding invoices and addressing all customer claim related queries.

This is a finance role with a twist as you will be undertaking financial processing, but also administration of NDIS customers, so the role is very customer centric role. Additionally, you will expand your existing knowledge and skill base by providing back up for the Disability Employment Services (DES) claiming.

Successful candidates must bring with them:

  1. Current DHS Disability or NDIS Disability Services Clearance
  2. Current DHS Working with Children Check
  3. Current Child Safe Environments training certificate (less than 3 years expiry)
  4. Current unrestricted South Australian Driver’s licence (P2 or above)

This position will be mainly based out of our South Terrace, city office.  Onsite parking may be available.
