Employment Status: Part Time

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a busy reception including all incoming calls and the maintaining of our NOR showroom to a high standard at all times
  • Assisting all showroom visitors
  • Processing sold quotes through our production process, including the preparation of daily production files
  • Assisting the Finance Manager will all Debtor and Creditor data entry, as well as collecting monies
  • Controlling all office supplies/correspondence, including staff amenities, stationery, first aid supplies, special order requests and collecting/posting mail

Skills/Experience

  • Excellent verbal and written English (essential)
  • Experience in MYOB (essential)
  • Experience in SIMPRO (optional)
  • Previous experience in a similar role (desired)
  • Minimum typing speed of 45wpm (essential)
  • Intermediate MS Office experience (essential)
  • Experience using a CRM (desired)

Considerations

This role is based in Joondalup, although on rare occasions may require travel to our Myaree showroom.
