We are seeking a self-motivate part time Bookkeeper/Office Manager that is conversant with MYOB EXO to look after our accounts.  Previous experience is a must as limited training can be offered. 

Tasks & responsibilities

• Accounts payable and receivable
• Bank reconciliation
• Credit card reconciliation
• Payroll,
• Super payments
• BAS & IAS preparation
• Debt collection
• General accounts and administrative duties as requested by Director

Qualifications & Experience 

• At least 5 years experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in import and export business is preferred.
• In depth MYOB knowledge and experience
• Microsoft Office knowledge essential
• A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills are imperative
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Must be work independently.

Easy going environment, flexible hours with an average of 24-32 hours per week. Must have updated CV and checkable references.
