Operations Accountant

Elixr Health Clubs, the premier health clubs in Sydney has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Accountant who likes to be involved in all aspects of the business. Elixr offers premium Pilates, Yoga, Swim, Dance and Fitness Classes in a beautiful tranquil environment.


Qualifications & experience

  • Degree qualified in accounting with a minimum of 2 years accounting experience and working towards CPA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with MYOB, Intermediate MS Office skills in particular Excel.
  • A pragmatic problem solver with a keen eye and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work diligently and independently within a small team.
  • Australian resident, qualified to work in Australia.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable including commissions.
  • Accounts Receivable and Membership Billing.
  • Payroll and employment contracts.
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet preparation.
  • BAS returns
  • Business administration support as required.
