About the Role

We are seeking a permanent part-time accounts assistant to join our friendly team.  You will join a caring and dedicated team of professionals who strive to maximize our elderly residents’ lifestyles and encourage participation in meaningful programs to improve their quality of life.  

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Fortnightly billing cycle
• Creditor processing
• Payroll backup
• Assist in month end accounts management.

Other duties will include:

• Processing refunds in a timely manner
• Maintaining and archiving of accounts receivable files
• Ad hoc duties

Qualifications & experience

• Previous experience in accounts essential
• Payroll experience preferable
• Competent computer skills essential
• Experience in handling creditor accounts receivable enquiries
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Well-developed planning and prioritisation skills
• Sound verbal and written communication skills
• Aged Care knowledge desirable
