My client who is a large healthcare organisation is seeking a temporary candidate who has previous experience working with accounts payable to help with supplier invoices coding, processing, reconciliations and organize approvals prior to payment. The role will be based in Epsom and will offer five hours of work per day for four days per week. This assignment has the potential to go permanent for the right person. This role is needing someone to start ASAP! 

What the role entails:

In this role, you would provide support to the accounting department. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Entering invoices via Technology One
  • Entering Capex/Asset invoices via Technology One
  • Processing New Supplier requests
  • Reconciling supplier Statements A-Z
  • Debtors are followed up in a timely manner and in conjunction with the Support Services Manager            
  • Supplier invoices are processed in an accurate and timely manner in conjunction with the Support Services Manager
  • Processing of patient invoices, refunds, and payments
  • Reconciling and processing remittance advice from Insurance companies
  • Banking is processed regularly following the relevant procedures
  • Other duties, including ad hoc as required for the team

You:

  • Need to have previous AP experience 
  • Previous administration experience 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Applicants require New Zealand citizenship or residency
