About you:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in a construction business will be highly regarded
• Well rounded, honest, have a brilliant attitude, sense of humour & a great work ethic
• Current working knowledge of MYOB AccountRight is a must
• Experience in job costing highly desirable
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Well-developed organisational and bookkeeping skills
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation
• Can provide a Police Check if requested

Your main duties will include:

• Full function bookkeeping
• Debtors and Creditors
• Credit card and bank statement reconciliation
• Supplier statement reconciliation
• Data entry into MYOB
• Data entry into AroFlo
• Various other duties as required
• Overflow admin support
• General office & admin responsibilities
