We are a growing, family owned industrial business looking for a Bookkeeper/Administrator who is available to work part-time Monday to Friday. 

Reporting directly to the Company Accountant, this role would ideally suit someone who is looking for a flexible, part time role. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accounts payable and receivable processing
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Complaint resolution
  • Assisting with the maintenance of accounting and operations software
  • General office duties

Skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience 
  • Experience using Xero
  • Demonstrable experience working in a commercial or industrial business
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Drivers licence

As previously stated, this position would suit someone seeking a flexible, part time role. Regular working hours would be 11.30am – 2.30pm, Monday to Friday, however additional hours may be required for leave coverage.
