Your administrative proficiency will keep the team's day-to-day operations running smoothly.

This fulltime role is located at our state of the art head office in Allambie Heights.

Key Duties:

  • Collating and uploading approved timesheet data
  • Calculating termination pays, redundancies and long service leave
  • Circulating payslips
  • Circulating payroll reports
  • Reporting to the general ledger
  • Undertaking ad hoc analysis and reporting
  • Supporting HR with documentation - onboarding & setting up new employee files, updating employee records, filing and auditing, variation letters and exit documentation.
  • Providing ad hoc support to the accounts team if required

What will you bring to the role?

  • 2-3 years in payroll functions minimum
  • The ability to interpret and communicate agreements and award conditions
  • Preceda experience (HIGHLY desirable)
  • A high level of accuracy
  • ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • a flexible and collaborative approach to work
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and tact
  • a good understanding of the rights of people with a disability
