Pay Review Project Coordinator

The role is for immediate start for six months in the Auckland CBD.

Suitable for a person expereinced in payroll, bulk mail merges with advanced excel skills.

Responsibility for coordianating and assisting with the payment process of the remediation of historical leave payments. The remediation covers both current and former staff and there will be a significant process to contact former staff, confirm their details and coordinate the payments.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Manage email correspondence
  • Mainitaining a communictions log
  • Create and issue emails and letters to staff
  • Coordiante with payroll team to make payments
  • Maintain records of payments
  • Schedule meetings
