Pavlovich Coachlines are a family owned business who deliver Urban Bus services and Luxury Coach Charter services.

We are looking for a administration genius– someone who takes pride in doing a job well, leaving nothing to chance and ensuring only the best service, advice and solutions are provided in a timely manner to your customers and who can help people around them achieve more efficient and faster outcomes.

 

The primary function of the role is to manage the payroll function, including weekly payroll for over  200 staff via ACE, payments and filing with the IRD, and keeping up to date with statutory obligations.

The hours can be worked as three days over Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday or five days 9 to 3pm. Payday is Wednesday 

 

Key responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to

 

  • Being responsible for the full end to end processing of payroll on a weekly basis from 4 line managers  
  • Maintaining all the documentation for payroll transactions and new employee and terminations  process
  • Keeping employees electronic files and HR documentation up to date
  • Being the first point of contact for resolving payroll queries
  • Provide administrative support to other parts of the business as time permits.

 

What you should bring to the role

 

  • The ability to think logically with a process orientated mind
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll legislation particular with experience of a 24/7 business
  • A high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail and extremely organized
  • Experience in using technology ( we are aiming to migrate our payroll into a new system – you will be an integral part of the project)

 

*Our current depot is in Mt Roskill but we are excited at the prospect of moving to our new state of the art depot in Westgate within the next 12 months. This role could suit someone local to Westgate looking for PT work but with the flexibility of increasing the hours when required.
