An exciting opportunity has become available as we look for a Payroll Administrator superstar to join the Payroll team.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this is a hands-on role, requiring a high level of attention to detail to ensure our 1800+ employees are paid accurately and on-time.

You will have ownership of the following:

  • Processing payroll
  • Resolving queries
  • Managing and updating employee records
  • General administration duties

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

  • A minimum of six months commercial experience within a high-volume payroll environment (500 + employees).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
  • Proven high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fast, accurate data entry is essential
  • Deadline driven with a customer service focus
  • Organised and methodical working style
  • A positive, can do attitude and a sense of humour

Located on the North Shore, our Restaurant Support Centre has plenty of on-site parking and is handy to most transport links. Benefits include medical insurance and flexible work arrangements.
