The Company: 

CSV Limited is the governing body for 3 successful independent schools in the South Eastern suburbs: Balcombe Grammar School (Mount Martha), Casey Grammar School (Cranbourne East) and Clyde Grammar (Clyde North). CSV Ltd is currently undergoing a significant growth period.

The Role:

We are seeking a driven Payroll Administrator who will play a key role in delivering an accurate and timely payroll for staff of CSV Ltd. The role also entails assisting the HR manager on a day-to-day basis.

The role is part-time and offers flexible working arrangements. It is currently primarily based in Cranbourne East, however opportunity to work from the other campuses may be possible in the near future.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will have: 

  • strong payroll experience and will have been responsible for an end-to-end payroll for more than 250 staff
  • meticulous attention to detail 
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus time management skills
  • an approachable persona
  • the ability to work autonomously 
  • have great organisational skills
