Payroll Administrator 

We currently have a permanent full time position available for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a highly successful Ballarat Agricultural Business.
With a weekly payroll of 100+ employees, you will be an experienced Payroll Officer, along with possessing the ability to manage effective HR administration relating to onboarding of new employees and other such duties as required by the HR department.

You will be responsible for:

• Weekly accurate payroll processing and associated reporting;
• Effective and timely response to all payroll enquiries; 
• Assisting with new employee onboarding administration, including electronic filing and maintenance; and
• Other administrative duties, as required.

To be successful, you must possess:

• Minimum of 3 years’ current experience within a payroll/finance related role;
• The ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail paramount; 
• Effective time management;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office in particular Excel; and
• A friendly and can-do attitude.
