Our client located in Penrose is looking for an experienced Payroll administrator to assist a large payroll team.  This role is starting asap for the next 6 months.  

The Role:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced payroll administrator who is looking  to assist a large busy team with payroll administration while they have a special project happening.  

Duties include:

  • Fielding phone queries
  • Keeping the payroll inbox up to date and respond back to queries
  • Photocopying, printing and scanning of pay documents
  • Data entry updating the database
  • Mail duties
  • Other adhoc administrative duties

To be considered you will ideally have:

  • Previous Payroll administrative experience
  • Experience working within a large complex organisation an advantage
  • Good accuracy and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office
  • A can-do attitude
