This nationwide, New Zealand operation is on the lookout for an Administration and Accounts extraordinaire to join their team. This position is located in a remote South Auckland location and this should be considered before applying. 

The Role

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • A mix of administrative & accounting responsibilities  
  • Answering and redirecting calls;
  • Maintaining the office
  • Filing 
  • Daily payroll administration
  • Accounts Receivable and debtor management
  • Accounts Payable and PO management
  • Reporting

About you

  • A minimum of 3 years accounting and office administration experience
  • Computer literate
  • Resilient, friendly and organised
  • Current drivers licence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Excellent customer service skills.
