This is a great opportunity for a Subject Matter Expert on Kronos and Payroll and to be part of the CSL payroll team. In this role you will be involved in two key projects and other business activities. The primary focus will be on implementing Kronos for one of the CSL entities. You will be responsible for testing the Kronos systems, identifying the payroll challenges and work with the consultants to fix those issues. You will participate in live roll out and processing when required. Help facilitate Payroll team/Managers training regarding key project changes.
Additionally, you will be responsible for providing training to the team on Kronos and also help answering Kronos related payroll queries. The second project you will be involved in is assisting in implementing a new Payroll system. You will be acting as an SME for the payroll project and will be either the first point of contact for any payroll related tasks or will be supporting actively on the project. Participate in User Acceptance testing and subsequent documentation of results.
Skills and Experience
BA/BS degree required.
Prior experience managing payroll for a company with multiple locations
Six Sigma or Lean certification a plus.
Payroll experience with implementation of Kronos and Payroll systems in a high paced environment or worked in a testing environment of Kronos/Payroll.
Ideal to have exposure to taxation, and experience with managing multi-state payroll
Experience in implementation and management of payroll systems, and Payroll Process Redesign.
Experience in leading Payroll transformations preferred.
