The opportunity
You'll be part of our Enterprise division, joining a Product team responsible for building and operating our Payroll & WorkForce management solutions which are used by enterprise businesses in Australia and New Zealand. You'll work across multiple product lines and use your knowledge to ensure the compliance needs to our clients are always understood and addressed.

The Role
As the Compliance Manager you have a deep understanding the payroll compliance needs of our clients, whether that relates to the Holidays Act, Superannuation, Taxation or Fair Work. You'll work with external partners and internal teams to ensure our products continue to help employers meet their employment compliance obligations.

What we'd love you to bring

  • Deep understanding of the payroll domain in Australia and New Zealand in particular the NZ Holidays Act but also areas such as Fair Work, Superannuation, Kiwisaver and Tax.
  • Proven capability to understand complex regulatory requirements and how they impact businesses and organisations.
  • Experience engaging with partners at all levels to communicate complex ideas and influence outcomes.
  • Ability to represent the needs of clients in industry and government consultations.
  • Ability to establish processes to supervise and maintain compliance across multiple products and teams.
  • An understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Proven track record to multi-task, prioritise and self-motivate
  • Flexibility with working with clients in different time zones
