Your Opportunity

Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will have co-responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the monthly and weekly payrolls for approximately 1300 employees. You will work closely with our third-party payroll provider and other internal Payroll team members to ensure we are compliant with relevant payroll legislation and requirements.

You will also have oversight across all payroll related activities communicating any relevant details to ensure payrolls are processed with minimal delay and error.

You’re unquestionably a numbers person and your superior attention to detail allows you to mitigate errors ensuring a seamless pay run with minimum fuss. Your personable approach will assist you to manage expectations and build strong relationships with your internal and external stakeholders.

You will also have:

  • Prior payroll experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of relevant payroll legislation with experience interpreting awards and agreements
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise competing demands and deadlines
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar payroll systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of both a local and international team
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
