We are currently seeking a talented, passionate, outside the box thinking AUS/NZ Payroll Implementation and Compliance Specialist to join our Customer Success team on a permanent basis. This role is a key part of our team and will appeal to those with strong communication and customer service skills and a high level of self-motivation and attention to detail. This role will expose you to a large number of businesses across a diverse range of industries.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate and timely implementation services
  • Working with the Sales team to ensure consistent client management of the implementation process and customer success
  • Assisting with award compliance, legislation changes and quality control
  • Providing our clients, partners, and internal teams with training and webinar support, including product and functionality demonstrations
  • Identifying through client feedback, research and analysis, continuous improvement opportunities for the Development team.  
  • Assisting the Support team with escalated client queries

 

The skills and experience you will possess include:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proactive and sound logic with planning and task management
  • Self-motivated and positive. Able to handle pressure with a can do attitude
  • Comfortable with self-learning and using a wide range of web based apps
  • A working knowledge of Modern Awards, EBAs, industrial relations and Fair Work pay conditions
  • Confidence and clarity in being able to deliver education and training
  • Able to work remotely and unsupervised
  • Inherently demonstrate a high level of integrity and be trustworthy
  • Good knowledge and understanding of KeyPay (desirable)
  • Proven experience of having worked in a payroll/HR implementations capacity or having worked in a similar role to this one

Despite our ever increasing growth and regional expansion, our team is relatively small. Our goal is to always find ways to work smarter rather than hire for the sake of hiring. The team has an amazing work ethic and always assists their colleagues where needed. We also have the privilege of working closely with most of the other teams in the business - support, sales, and the engineers.

We use the latest technology to ensure we manage our client relationships, follow successful implementation processes and communicate with each other; such as Slack, Trello and Google suite. We take our work seriously, but always not ourselves.
