Client Details

Our client is an ASX 50 business. They are undergoing a rapid growth period and need an experienced Payroll Manager to guide them through the process. Our client offers workplace flexibility and has excellent employee retention rates. Our client is mid-way through an SAP/Success Factors implementation, and therefore the incumbent will get excellent exposure to two of the most sought-after systems in the current market.

Description

Reporting to the Shared Services Manager, your role will include:

• End to end processing of company payrolls for 700 employees (Aus/NZ)

• Drive implementation/upgrades

• Coordinate and manage the entire payroll function

• Calculation and payment of termination payments

• EBA/Award Interpretation

• Calculation, payment and reconciliation of payroll tax

• Administration, calculation, payment and reconciliation of all superannuation contributions

• Preparation, reconciliation and processing of general ledger salaries and leave provision journals

• Participate in implementation / upgrades

• Guide staff through the implementation

Profile

The successful candidate will have strong experience in:

• Management

• Systems implementations/upgrades

• Driving team success

• Process improvements

The ideal candidate will:

• Be available within a relatively short notice period (up to 4 weeks)

• Have exposure to SAP (not a prerequisite)

• Have exposure to Success Factors (not a prerequisite)

• Have experience liaising with ADP as the outsource provider (not a prerequisite)
