THE ROLE AND TEAM

Sitting as part of the wider Finance function and leading a team of four Payroll Officers, you will be a Payroll Leader who is looking for the next challenge in their career. With the team running both fortnightly and monthly pay runs through Pay Global for 3,000 employees across a number of different sites in Australia and New Zealand and working across 13 Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA's), this is a busy and diverse position that requires experience. This is a truly unique and exciting leadership position where you will manage all facets of the payroll function and drive projects including the implementation of Kronos within the next year.

THE SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • At least five years working as a Payroll Manager within a complex multifaceted organisation¬†
  • An in depth understanding of various different (EBA's) in Australia and New Zealand
  • Experience using Pay Global will be highly desirable
  • Sound tax and payroll legislative knowledge and demonstrated problem solving abilities
  • Experience managing a growing payroll function
