The Payroll Manager is a critical role within People and Corporate Affairs, responsible for the timely and accurate processing of a large and complex payroll function. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the operational components of payroll but also determine and drive the strategic direction of payroll in an organisation undergoing significant transformation. There will be a strong focus on continuous improvement of technology, policies, processes and controls, and elevating this payroll function to the next level.
To be successful in this pivotal leadership role we are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager who can hit the ground running. You will bring with you extensive leadership experience within a large and multifaceted organisation, payrolling >500 employees and managing external vendors.
Your ability to balance exceptional customer service and technical excellence will be highly regarded as will be your ability to lead the organisation through changes to systems and processes in an ever-changing business environment. The role requires an individual who can work at pace with exceptional attention to detail and is able to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
