Payroll Manager

Reporting to the CFO we are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager, this is a newly created role within a growing organisation.  Our Client are a not for profit organisation based in Maroochydore with a footprint Queensland wide.

The Payroll Manager is responsible for the compliant, customer centric and accurate processing and recording of payroll and associated functions.

Duties will include: 

• Leading and managing the payroll team
• Ensuring compliance
• End of month and end of pay reconcilliations
• Prepare reports - WorkCover, Q Leave, Fringe Benefits etc
• Write and update policies and procedures relating to payroll
• Undertake manual calculations if required
• Assist in the implementation of payroll software
